Today's lunch: More potatoes

We're on an oven baked potato kick lately. Yesterday we made the same recipe with red potatoes, today we used regular potatoes. We both agreed: we like red better. Mmmm!!! These are so easy to make...yet soooo yummy!

Here's how we make them:

Cut some potatoes (red or regular...yellow?) into little chunks.
Put them in a glass baking dish and put cut up cubes of butter on top of them. (For 6 potatoes, we only use half a stick of butter)
Sprinkle lots of sea salt, garlic powder, oregano and rosemary on top.
Cover with foil and put in the oven at 350.
After about 10 minutes, take out and "stir" them.
Put them back in the oven until tender when poked.

mmmmmm!!!!! I want some more of these!
