Another form of dancing that Debbra recommended was Hula dancing. I looked up a few videos on hula dancing tonight, and let me tell you...I like hula a lot better! Hula dancing looks much more, well, shall we say "appropriate" than belly dancing! Plus, it actually looks like you have to make more moves with your hips (and less with your bust!), which is most helpful for a pregnant person. Not to mention it's more relaxed and calm, rather than belly dancing; which appears to be quick jerky motions, that seem like they could cause pain later on...?
I'm not really sure which is best. I know I'll give both dances a shot because Debbra recommended them both, but I'm really hoping that Hula is better for me! If I'm going to ever get caught dancing, I'd rather someone catch me fully clothed (well mostly) and dancing modestly versus half dressed and shaking my bust and bum like there is no tomorrow.
