dumbing down daddy's tv

Today we thought it would be fun to watch Netflix while we worked on cleaning the "game room." Excitedly we hopped online and began browsing our "play it now" options. Out of everything we had to pick from....guess what we chose?

That's right...Veggie Tales. We watched several different veggie tale videos throughout the day.

Later, this evening, my dad texted me. (Did I mention we share a Netflix account with them? So everything we watch (or they watch) shows up under each of our netflix's pages.) He said, "You're messing up my netflix list." I didn't know what he meant, so I asked him to explain. He says, "I got on netflix and can't find my "recently watched" videos. My page is filled up with 5-year-old shows." I started laughing, having forgotten that whatever we watch he can see. I sent a embarrassed smile and made up some lame excuse, to which he responded: "You are dumbing down my tv. :-(" lol!

So, tonight Jeff and I decided to "help out his tv." I'll be honest and admit that I really wanted to watch more Veggie Tales videos! But we finally settled on "Lockdown"--A hard core prison show. I figured if on the list of "recently watched videos" there is a random adult show mixed in with some children shows Daddy won't mind us "dumbing down his tv." ;-)
