Family game night

Last night we had a family game night. We had a popcorn buffet which was super fun! After a few hours of a crazy game of apples to apples and lots of laughing, we finished the evening off by Skyping with Shelbie.

So lolly asked me the other day what I wanted for my birthday. I said I didn't know. So she asked what I liked. She says, "well what do you like? I know you like raaaiinbowws and coloooorss and happppy stuff..." (All whilst waving her arms around mellow dramatically. Oh that girl. :) she knows me all too well.

Nightly walks

Now that the weather is changing, I've been taking the babies on a nightly walk down to my parents house. It's been so much fun getting out and getting some fresh air and exercise. Bodey has been loving it! He's such an outside loving boy!! I'll ask him, "bodey, want to go for a walk??" To which he stars nodding ferociously an runs to the front door! It's so cute. The best part, however, is his squeals of delight when he sees my mom and siblings round the corner! I need to have my mom bring her camera tomorrow to snap a picture for me to post!

The day we took Shelbie to the airport...

Yesterday we dropped Shelbie off at the airport. Again. For the 3rd time. And hopefully the last time. I think the life of a missionary is harder on that persons family than it is for the person... It was a sad day. :( we had to wash away our tears with an ikea trip. Which helped our sorrows a little bit. The only good that came from the day was riding on the awesome Airtrain. I could ride that thing all day long!!
