A+ mom award for tonight

Today was national milkshake day. You'd better believe I lived it up. I love national __whatever__ days when they involve delicious food!!!!!

I rocked tonight. I didn't accomplish much very needed housework. But I deserve an A+ for the whole mom thing.

Here's how our evening went...

Gave Bodey a bath (thats twice this week!!!)

(remembered she needs a diaper change...but forgot just as quickly)

Finally changed her diaper

Did my night stuff
Discovered the dog barfed alllll over the kitchen...left that mess for Jeff. (sorry sweetie!)
Went to bed.

Life has gotten busy! :)

Life has been...busy. :)

Jeff went back to work last week (booooo!) and I spent all week at my parents. Which was a life saver. I had help with Bodey, and was able to just sit and hold Blessing. But this week, I decided to be a big girl and stay home. Oiy. I'm busy. Busy. Busy.

Bodey has finally adjusted to having a sibling and he loooovesss his baby "seeester." A little bit too much. Hehe! We are trying to teach him how to be gentle, and thankfully he is catching on very quickly. As long as we don't try stopping him from showing baby seeester love, he stays gentle. But if we tell him no....uh oh. We still have to work on that. :-/

It's a girl

Blessing Promise Coralie Bauman arrived this morning at 5:18am. She weighs 6lbs even and is 19 1/2 inches long. She's pink and perfect in every way :)
