I'm such a failure. Tonight I ate a whole bar of chocolate, and justified it by telling myself: "It's healthy for you." Yes, chocolate does have some health benefits, but that mainly applies to dark chocolate and it probably doesn't mean, "Eat a whole bar of chocolate. It's good for you."
I did 8 minutes of TTAPing tonight. After my bar of chocolate, I really lost my desire to workout. I was feeling lazy and sluggish. :-(
But at least I did it, right?
